Are you in Pain? We can help!

What is pain?

Pain is an uncomfortable sensation that alerts us to a possible or actual injury or disease. It is your body’s way of sending a warning that something is not right. Your spinal cord and nerves provipainde the pathway for messages to travel to and from your brain and the other parts of your body. Pain becomes a problem when it continues after treatment has started or long after an injury is healed.

There are two types of pain, acute (short-term) and chronic (long-term). Acute pain is restricted in duration. This type of pain is often associated with workplace, accidents, or recreation injuries. Meanwhile, chronic pain is more problematic because it is persistent and does not serve as a warning system anymore.

How we can help!

Adjustments help relieve pain so you can go back to enjoying your everyday activities again. Physical Therapist educates patients on strengthening muscles, proper body mechanics, stretching, and proper posture. Exercises are a crucial part of the rehab program to increase function and stamina and become more flexible. Massage Therapist treat mostly by hands on manipulation ad they assess and treat physical dysfunction.
